We have been providing companies with recruitment software and related services since 1996. Our experience includes running successful job boards in many European countries, creating applicant tracking systems and internal corporate recruitment sites and candidate databases. As social networking is changing the recruitment and talent management, we want to help you take the most out of it. Currently we are a team of 4 persons.
Our goal is to provide an easy tool for everyone doing their own recruitment and candidate sourcing: small business owners, department managers, startups, corporate recruiters and HR staff. We believe social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter as well as e-mail referrals are the best source of quality candidates.

Initially in beta the only reward available is Amazon gift cards. In the future you can choose from a variety of rewards and bonuses.
The more you share and make intros to people in your social circle, the more points you get to your account. When the position gets filled, there is a raffle between everyone. The more points you accrue, the more votes and chances to win you have.

If you have a paid package (always a great idea), widget with rewards as incentives is shown. If it's a free job ad, we show a simple sharing widget.
Please note that you don't need to add job posting to Emp.ly to add the widget, we'll add it automagically as soon as someone shares it. You'll see the automatic URL addresses for those jobs on your all jobs page and should add Company, Position and Description fields there, as well as buy rewards to get more viewers to your jobs.
